2015 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum vs Infiniti QX60

Wanted to see if anyone had any comparison points on the Infiniti QX60 as compared to the 2015 Pathfinder Platinum. Seems like the Platinum, is loaded with only option being DVD players in the seats. Given frame and technology relatively the same across the board, is the Infiniti really just a "prettier" version of the Pathfinder Platinum, but a $13,000 prettier version?

MSRP on fully loaded QX60 is $59k and $46k on Pathfinder Platinum with DVD.

Thoughts, experiences?
