Volvo XC60 2015.5 secret oil spot on engine

I accidentally open the hood and find a secret oil spot on the engine.
Is it leaking? Do I have to go to dealer to fix it? Thanks Guy~~

    Do not buy the Volvo xc60!!! Just had to unload my 2011 needs new engine as it spews oil throughout. Make sure you google the engine oil consumption issue on Volvo before purchasing!!!!!
