Humming Sounds Coming From Left Drivers Tire Well

Hello. I've had my jeep for about 4 months and I've noticed a humming/ rubbing sound coming from what sounds like the inside of my drivers wheel well. It makes the sound no matter what speed I'm at. And it's very noticeable. ALSO when I turn sharp all the way to the left it makes a very loud clicking noise. I had a previous car do the same thing. (It was the cv axel) I havnt taken it into a shop yet. I'm planing on doing that this week. Anyone with advice, who's been through this please talk to me.
