What price is best I can pay for Musatang GT and with performance pack (OTD) If I pay for cash

and 2. how much it will discount when 2016 comes up.

    Dealers make money putting financing together so paying cash may not save you any. Could even cost you. You may want to negotiate your price before committing yourself to paying cash up front.

    Discounts? I don't know the pony car market but Mustangs are selling well. High demand means fewer deals. Your best bet may be to shoot for a 2015 model during the usual Labor Day sales.
