Won't start

I have a 2001 GMC Sierra 2500 HD. It was running fine. When I tried to restart it within 30 minutes there was nothing. No clicks, no power, no nothing. It has two new batteries. I tried charging it. Still nothing. I checked all the fuses. None were burned. Can the relays go? I don't know how to check if they are good. Could that cause no power? Can someone help me or at least lead me in a productive direction?
