Steering problems with new 2015.5 S60 T5 Drive-E

In both the 2016 T5 FWD I test drove and the 2015.5 T5 Drive-E I bought, I felt that there seems to be a need to turn the steering wheel a lot when driving at a very low speed (less than 10 mph). Moreover, at the same low speed, the steering wheel does not, or at least does not completely, return to the center after turning. Some manual adjustments are thus needed. Is this common or should I have it inspected? Thanks.
