I recommend studying the power supply distribution for these 3 items if they all quit at once.

My first guess would be the ignition switch where different leads provide switched power outputs that may be shared by various parts of the car. The windows run in RUN or ACC. The wipers run in RUN or ACC (I believe I'm right on that.)Power windows run in ACC or Run. So there may be something common to them there. Burned contact inside switch. OR burned contact in wiring in the multi-plug that plugs into the switch.
