    "We can't duplicate the problem." Ride with the tech and hit the potholes hard enough to set off airbags. "See? told you the glove box opened."

    We've seen the fear of this MANY times. I tell them and tell them we won't get mad, just drive it hard and see what happens and 100% of the time they absolutely refuse and just have the tech ride along. Frustrating for all sides, but probably the safe decision... - mm
