Saturn Ion ideas?

How can I make an 03 Saturn ion 5 speed look/be/sound faster or more awesome?? (Exaust, spoilers, rims, window tints) (add speed??)

imho the car is actually sort of awesome already. with the 5-speed! aside from an 8-ball shifter, your money would be better spent replacing the worn suspension components including bushings. the difference will be amazing, like driving a new car.
a spoiler will slow the car down.
heavy/fancy rims will slow the car down and make it handle worse.

You can't. With an '02, it's easy, but the '03s are a different car. I would remove the steering wheel and replace everything else with 2002 components then go from there.
