Digital Dash lights flashing

My 87 rag top was working perfect till I hit the gas hard one day and the whole dash started flashing and would not stop.She was in storage for about 8 months and took her for a boot and the radio stopped working so decided to check the fuses and saw that they were all corroded so took them all out and cleaned them and cleaned the fuse block turned the key back on and everything worked except the tach.So decided to go for a ride and got about 100 yards and dash started flashing again so wondering if i have a bad ground and where do i find all of the ground spots THanks
