does not start, no power.
1. have checked all fuses at side dashpanel, none blown,
2. have checked all fuses at electric box on top of battery, none blown.
3. with key in ignition, no door chime and no radio led.
4. battery test at 12.7 volts

If i wiggle that box on top of battery, door chime starts, radio led on, key in ignition taken slowly forward thru first two stages all lights, buzzers chimes, instrument panel, gauges all powered up.....turn key forward last stage to engauge starter...nothing...every goes black again...have repeated above checks, then wiggle box, door chimes again, sometimes radio resets to 12:00 other no led on at all, cycle key in ignition again..at point where starter should be engauged...nothing...black again... starter doesnt click no sounds, not spinning without flywheel contact...nothing..WTF...???

When wiggling seems to work that probably means a bad connection. Make sure the battery cables are tight especially the negative cable. If that fixes it but the starter still doesn't work check the starter relay.
