Honda : Forgetta 'bout all wheel drive and incorporate mid- row Stow n' Go style seating ala Chrysler/Dodge. Customers have been asking for that, not all wheel drive, for years.
You already know that Toyota sells very few all wheel drive Siennas , so why bother with the tease when you know that it won't be profitable unless there is a demand for some crazy, unknown reason.
Besides, you've already got a new Pilot for those who need it .

Gotta agree, the Stow 'n Go seats are great in my Grand Caravan. My brother likes his Odyssey (except when he has to check the psi in the spare tire), but he uses a sheet of plywood in the back to make a flat floor for hauling his camping gear. Mostly he's switched to his F-150 for their main road trip vehicle, in part because of that.

Honda popularized the Magic Seat back when the Odyssey was a wagon. They need to take a page from the Fit and HR-V and flatten the floor in the van.
