Yeah, Android Auto (and Apple equivalent) will be a real game changer in the automobile entertainment system. I'm glad we aren't in the market for a vehicle or I'd be conflicted. Those systems that are currently in vehicle today are going to be a mess in 15 years when support is long since gone away on latest versions of Android. You'll see people with some super old phone mounted in their car that'll be configured "just right" so they can control their automotive system.

No thanks. No 90's Garmin style system for me, plus some interface that looks like it was written by a bunch of Russians. I want the latest and greatest - as soon as Google announces it, I want to be updating the OS in my car.
