It looks like one of the nicer trim levels. Might have been called something like "Two-Ten Beauville" if it was a 2-seat model, or "Two-Ten Townsman", if it had 3-row seating?

With the added side trim at the rear it looks like a "Bel Air Townsman" according to the brochure:
