2002 Pontiac Aztek won't start after messing with radio

i cut a wire on the stock radio while thebattery was hooked up now the car wont start and the power windows dont work anybody please help

I would check all the fuses first. Sounds like you blew a fuse that supplies power to multiple circuits. What color was the wire, and what position did it go to on the radio? (Circuit color or number and connector pin number or letter) With that information, I could check the schematic and see if it shares power with the other circuits.
