My 2004 Ford Expedition will only blow AC/heat from the front foot blower. If you try to turn it on in the rear controls it makes a clicking sound. It will blow the correct temperature as far as I can tell. Help!?

You have two problems. The front issue is a vacuum leak, typically found to be around the battery tray where the vac lines pass under it. The other problem is a blend door actuator - it is either the one for temperature or for floor to ceiling. Try changing the temperature and then try changing the floor/ceiling setting and see which one makes it go away. Whichever stops the clicking, that is the one giving you trouble.
