Low idle RPM

Hello, I just change the timing belt (including tensioner and pulleys) and water pump on my 2001 Toyota Camry. The car restarted normally and idled normally. I ran the engine up to 3500 RPM's to see how it responded where everything was normal. I took the car on a short test drive where the car accelerated and warmed up to operating temperature as before. When I came to a stop the engine slowed down to about 300 RPM's. As I pulled away from the stop the car accelerated like normal. When I returned and put the car in Park it continued to idle at 300 RPM's. A few hours later I first checked the water level (something recommended after draining the radiator) and started the motor again. This time I left the car in Park running in the driveway. It started right up and ran normally until the engine came up to operating temperature where it again dropped to 300 RPM's. I've added only 1 cup of water to the radiator, quickly checked the vacuum hoses for any damage, and looked for any damaged to any wires or sensors. I'm getting no "check engine" light. The car has 185k miles on it. This is the second time I've changed the timing belt(approx 80,000 miles ago)
Any help would be welcomed.
