AC panel vents not working

Our panel vents just stopped working on our 2010 Buick Enclave. We already paid to have the actuator fixed because it was blowing hot air out of the passenger side floor vent. However, I have been researching and it seems to be a common problem with the "high pressure hose leaking at the compressor" and that it's a design defect that can cause this issue to happen - however, I don't see a recall for this item? Please urgently advise?
