Hello everyone, I am desperate for help

My 2001 Saab 9-3 has had a ton of issues since it hit a deer in Feb.

I've replaced my radiator, my ac condenser, my temp sensor, starter, battery terminals, a head gasket, and a long list of other things.

My newest problem is when driving more than 5-10 minutes my temp gauge will fall to zero and my ac will stop working. Recently this happened and then while in a drive thru line my car started bellowing out white smoke near my coolant tank and leaking coolant all over. I had it towed home.

My mechanic ran it for an hour, read my codes and claimed there was no issue with it.

Today I drove again 10 mins the temp gauge went to zero again and the AC stopped working.

I got a new radiator cap today but haven't put it on yet.

There's been a bunch of issues with this car, running high pressure to the point of popping a hose a few months back.

Coolant Temp Sensor. Do a thermostat at the same time if you have not already
