Transmission Shake

All-wheel drive model. Current milage 270,000
No serious problem barring motor mounts + water pump(s).
Hit big pothole at 250,000. WHEEL-BALANCE shaking appeared periodically subsequently.
Replaced tires, struts, swing, realighnment, wheel balance however proble persists (no steering impairment).
Ultimate conclusion is drive-shaft OR transmission (internally) damage (OR defective sensor/relay).
Any comment/proposals??
