my father inlaw has a 88 dodge 1500 2 wheel drive when started goes 8-10 miles will stall will not refire codes read 21 and 33, not sure where to start replaces fuel filter tired of towing it home

    how do we know that the code 21 has anything to do with it stalling, hes thinking electrical were thinking fuel sysyem because he swithched to non ethonol, and has ran it very low on fuel
