Hard Starting Issues
I have a 1999 Subaru Impreza Outback Sport with 124,xxx miles on it. I bought the car used about a year ago and everything has been fine until recently. Around a month or so ago the car started having issues starting in the morning. It will turn over without starting for a minute or so, I turn it over several times and let it sit for somewhere between five and ten minutes and it (almost every time) starts up after that with no issues. It is good for the rest of the day after that. I am not sure what maintenance has been performed other than the regular maintenance that I have done (oil change, air filter, etc). Oh, and the check engine light comes on occasionally but will go ff again within a day or so. Any ideas on what the issue could be?
