Ford Ranger transmision

I have a 96 ranger that will go find until the overdrive light comes on and than it as if the tranny dont work any more. if i stop than it will go as if it was in fourth gear, and it sounds like the engine is bogged down. the tranny has been rebuilded, and when i took it back up to the tranny shop they said it nothing wrong with tranny. i bought two new computer and still nothing.
