Front drivers side power seat - Won't move

HELP. My 4'11" neighbor borrowed my navigator this morning. Now the power seat won't move back. I haven't moved the seat much since I'm the only driver, so now I'm kind of screwed. I'm 6'0" any ideas on how to move the seat? The passenger seat works normally.................

    The control switch contacts have likely corroded or else the grease that lubricates them has dried out from age preventing them from making contact. Someone needs to test and be sure that the switch is the problem, but it is far more common than a failure of the seat track motor and transmission. FWIW. Taking the switch apart to attempt to clean the contacts while not impossible can be quite a physical challenge because of the number of loose pieces involved. It's recommended that if the switch has failed just replace it. Note that on some designs the passengers seat switch is the same part, so.........
