Voltage drop at acceleration

'96 Trooper Limited:

Experiencing a voltage drop when revving or accelerating. Drops just under 12V (per instrument guage) and pulls down HVAC blower. However, when headlights and/or park lights are on, it operates perfectly fine. Battery is new and alternator tests ok with scan tool. 

Any thoughts?
