Headlights, dash lights flickering

This CRV developed a problem of the headlights and dashlights flickering. The battery and alternator are new and test good. I replaced the ELD and still does it. The wiring harness had a recall and that was replaced. I tried to find out where the grounds are at to check those but couldn't find any information. Any thoughts/ideas/suggestions would be greatly appreciated, is my only transportation and it is making me nuts.
