Electrical, lights and stuff

I have a 2006 Jeep Liberty... Ive had it for 3 years with no issues... All of a sudden, it seems like Im having constant issues... I just replaced the brakes, rotors too... All 4 Tires, one tail light, the top brake light, and the battery.... For the past couple months, the lights on the shifter would not work, then work, then not.... Then the lights on the dash saying i'm in gear went out, and stayed out.. But the lights on the shifter still come on occasionally for a few minutes... Just a few days ago, the little light saying my air is on, went out... AND my air conditioner onbly works on 3 and 4...Relay??? WIN module? I dunno.... any suggestions?
