Engine shut down doing 70 mph

One minute ,cruise is engaged doing 70.....no warning ...no noise...nothing to indicate a problem...then it feels like cruise dis-engages , I look at dash !!!!! engine shut off !! I coast in neutral to a safe location . Now after (no luck so far)trouble shooting starter/battery and getting a quote for $3500 for a starter relay from Dodge (WTF!!)I tried to tow but I can't get it out of neutral .Any help out there would be GREATLY appreciated!! Lol
