Blazer Engine Stalling

I have 2000 Chevy blazer. 2door. I recently changed the fuel pump and fuel filter plus the ecm. Now while driving the rpms go all crazy and the vehicle stops on me. It idles ruff and has very low power. Thanks again for the help
