Dash warning lights are out.

I have a 1992 Cadillac Deville. The dash warning lights do not come on during start up and never come on. Also the fuel level mileage display flashes "E" and "LOW FUEL" with a full tank. Fuel pump & sensor replaced 1~2 years ago. Is this some easy fix like the bad relay that I replaced that controls the AC?

    Can the system be commanded into self diagnostics? You do that by turning the key on and holding the "Off" and "Warmer" buttons for about three to five seconds. If it does, what codes are displayed? EExxx FFxxx?

    If it won't enter self diagnostics, or that display is blacked out then you might have a 5v or 8v power supply issue and very specific diagnostics will need to be performed.
