Only A/C and no heat.

I have an issue with my 2001 GMC Safari, where I only get A/C and no heat. When I turn the temp up in the van it keeps blowing cold. It feels like it is still A/C and not just outside temperature air. All the vents work fine & switch position fine.

Any ideas?
