Knocking noise @ Start

So I have a 2008 SEL 2.5 Automatic that I just bought. Every time I start the car there is a knocking sound that sounds like it's coming from the front passenger area. I have also noticed while driving that there is a low knocking sound when I turn right, anyone help me with this?
