Which car should I sell? 2004 Toyota 4Runner or my 2010 Ford Edge?

My inlaws are selling us their 2011 Buick Enclave with 85,000 miles for a good deal. It has lots of bells and whistles and will be purchasing it, so that really isn't part of the question.
The question is which of our current vehicles we should sell. Both are currently in perfect running condition, here are the stats/pros/cons of each. I would REALLY love some expert (or non-expert) opinion on what to do.
2004 Toyota 4Runner, Limited. 150,000 miles
Pros: Leather seats, comfortable, VERY reliable. V8 engine with towing package (which we do tow a trailer sometimes for lawn equipment). Dual climate control and heated seats (big plus). Toyota would probably hold it's value longer.
Cons: Does have some cosmetic defects in paint and scratched material on the dash. Doesn't have newer features like bluetooth integration. Has cassette deck (yay) and 6 disk CD changer, but won't play burned disks anymore. Would like upgraded features for phone integration and such.
2010 Ford Edge: 178,000 miles
Pros: Newer model than the 4runner so it has bluetooth integration which is nice. Perfect cosmetic condition, never had any mechanical problems. Former fleet car owned by my father-in-law, so we know it is well maintained and the miles were majorly highway miles.
Cons: Because it does have higher miles, may have more trouble selling the higher the miles go. I personally don't think it is as comfortable as the 4runner but my husband disagrees
Doesn't have climate control, and I can't even close the vents as an option. Can't tow, and we aren't sure how much the Enclave will be able to tow... so keeping this car could leave us without towing ability but we aren't sure.
Any suggestions?? Help! Thanks!

You can put in a after market DVD/CD 7 inch LCD screen Radio and add a back up camera to it., like I did. It has Bluetooth and all the USB slots. Pioneer 6 inch or 7 inch car stereos are the best.

A base 2011 Enclave can tow 4,500 pounds. You can find the specs at that same link.
