    I find the ACC behavior perplexing as I have a 2006 RL with ACC and it seems to work fine when a car moves in front. That RL had the 1st gen of ACC (and CMBS) so it's interesting that you find the ACC on the TLX to be bad. I should test drive one of these soon so I can see for myself.
