What size speaker is the tweeter in the door of a 1999 Dakota?

The little tweeter in the door below the window of my 1999 Dakota seems to be blown because the bass really causes vibrations. The sound seems like it is coming from the roof but of course there are no speakers there so I figure the tweeter. I have to keep the treble up and bass down to keep it from vibrating. What size speaker do I need?

    It may not be a tweeter problem in s the bass set to normal?  If it is the tweeter I'd call Crutchfield fo advice.
