High Mileage Experience/Reliability

I have a 2011 Carbon Black loaded. It has 80k on it and under warranty to 100k. Based on driving 2000/month I will be at 90 k in 5 months and 100k in 9. I don't want to sell but fear going out of warranty.

Hi miles. all highway. Always dealer serviced, mint.

I am also told the depreciation rate is accelerated at 90k miles.

Question to sell at 90-100k or not? if so will buy a 2014 of the same car in Spring.
