2016 Honda Fit EX Question

So I am planning of buying a 2016 Honda Fit EX with CVT. The Honda website shows that paddle shifters are "available" for this trim. There is no option to select it when I attempt to built my car. I know the EX-L has them standard, but I don't want to pay an extra $3,000 for leather seats just to have paddle shifters. Does anyone know if the paddle shifters are optional on this trim, and if so then how much extra is it to add the paddle shifters?
