Clock/Radio Display

Today I got in my 2010 Ford Mustang V6 to run to the bank and the clock/radio display just showed the word MUSTANG and the exterior temperature, but nothing else. I could not turn on the radio or really press any button that had to do with the radio or clock because it seemed like it was just frozen. I tried to take the fuse for the radio out and plug it back in to see if it would reset it, but that did not work. I was going to try and disconnect the battery and then reconnect it to see if that would reset the clock/radio, but I didn't have the time to. Anybody else have this problem or know what it could be?
