Lost everything on dash

I lost dash lights, all gauges, (Fuel,Temp,alt,oil) no RPM, no speedometer, no dings when initial turning key on, engine races slightly after turning ignition off, mechanic said PCM was the cause so I bought rebuilt PCM and installed it, still have same problem.
