Cadillac SRX power steering

Hey guys im new here. Ive been having a problem with my 06 SRX. Ive replaced the pump 3 times and the rack and the steering position sensor. Im lost an not sure what else to do with it. Its an 06 srx v8 awd. It will have powersteering for awhile, but if its reved up it goes away for awhile an rapidly heats up. When it dose have powersteering it has a hissing sound like when the wheels held in the turned position. Any hrlp would be great, ive got over a month of time in figuring this out an the dealer has no clue what it is
