Right wheel spin on acceleration

Has anyone had the same problem. Its worse in the rain when accelerating the right wheel will spin like that side has twice the power of the left. even at 40 MPH on a wet road I will try to speed up and it will spin. The tires are all good. The Tranny was rebuilt about 20k ago.The rack is sticking a when turning corners would this have anything to do with the right side tire spinning. Any help is appreciated.
