    Both have too many buttons too close together. Also the fan speed should be a knob. They're apparently channeling Honda.

    I totally agree @barich1. Both my parents Odyssey & RDX have separate "buttons" for the fan speed, (and temp, for that matter) which turns out is really annoying when you want to go from minimal speed to max speed quickly. It just ends up in mad-stabbing at the dash.
