My terms would be to lease for 60 mos @ 10k miles yearly. I would need to know Residual value
at 60 months. Think I can figure MF, as I would make balloon payment at inception. So if anyone
knows the end or % Residual at 60 months, I would appreciate that.

    No bank will meet your terms. Residual is N/A. You're better off making a single, up front payment of $100,000 and selling the car back to the dealer at lease end.
