    "That equates to 21.33 miles per gallon for the month, just a bit lower than its new lifetime average of 22.2 mpg. All the October miles helped nudge the Murano's lifetime up 0.3 mpg." That's impossible. You can't add a block of miles @ 21.33 mpg to your ongoing average of 21.9 mpg and have that block RAISE the average 0.3 mpg.
