4.3ltr 2wd, 145k new fuel filter at 138k
Cold, crank, no start.
So I drilled a 1/4" hole in air plenum where air goes into top of engine, I JB welded a 1/4" clear tube into hole and ran it out on drivers side by windshield wiper for outside access.
I can spray small amount of carburetor cleaner into tube, engine starts and runs fine until it is cold engine or after several hours of sitting.
Will run fine all day long until let it sit and engine gets cold.
Oldman retired on fixed income, don;t have funds for $90 hr repair shop.
HELP!!
