2012 Forte needing a new computer

Has anyone had any major issues with a 2012 Forte? Mine runs great, but the check engine light has given me problems. The Hollywood Kia dealership initially diagnosed it as eiher the fuel injector or ignition coil, but now after speaking with techs from corporate, I need a new computer. The car has 19,300 miles on it.
