New Used Car Suggestions?

Curious what everyone thinks would be the best Used Car I could buy for the money?
I really don't want to go older than 2007.
I saw a nice Hyundai Santa Fe for $12,900 with 79,000 miles.
So many models out there it can be a bit overwhelming.
Other vehicles I am considering are: Toyota RAV 4, Kia Forte or Sportage, Pontiac Vibe, Mini Cooper.
