Blowers quit and it's cold out.

I have an '04 Yukon XL. I think it has electrical issues. The seats now only heat on the back and only with certain buttons. Today the thermometer on my rearview mirror stopped working, but other lights do. Simultaneously the blowers stopped for the heat and air in the front and rear. (I always hear water dripping in the back but never found it). Any suggestions on fixes? Thanks in advance.
