I have 75K miles on 2007 Avalon. When should belts, hoses, etc. be replaced?

My guess is that most of those are "inspection" items - if they pass inspection, you keep driving.

The Edmunds Car Maintenance Guide will tell you what the inspection/replacement intervals are. Some stuff gets changed by time though, so you may need to check a manual too, since your miles are a little low for a 2007.
