Went to the dealer today to get into a 2015 pathfinder S. Bare bone naked car.
MSRP $32575
Rebate $1275
56% residual
$1250 down for $285 36 mt/12K
Do you think it's a good deal?

What is the agreed selling price and dealers doc fee charge. What state are you buying? did dealer roll in the tax into that payment of $28523 Telluride SX-P X-Line, 23 Camry XSE

There are (2) S models in your price range . 2wd , 4wd models MSRP on both are $30,680 and 32,370 (4wd model ). find out which model they quoted you on.
You need to call dealer and ask what is the agreed sales price your buying vehicle for not the msrp number. Doc fee are probably 300 dollars but you still need to ask . and was the NJ sales tax rolled into that number of $289.
Any dealer that wont disclose full breakdown on how they are arriving at that lease number is shady. get addition info and I will help you with this deal .
Here is the break down of the 4wd base s model Invoice price so you understand what I'm trying to explain to you.
Invoice = $29,252 plus 900 destination charge = 30,152 - 1275= $28,877. this could be your agreed selling price before taxes, doc fee etc. A good deal is another 1500 to 2k below this number $28,877. Find out this info. post back to me.23 Telluride SX-P X-Line, 23 Camry XSE

Words of advice here..... Please take note . In the future never lease a vehicle without knowing what your agreed selling price is / correct lease numbers. ? Always check in the forums to see if dealer applied the correct leasing numbers. As far as getting a good deal can't comment until I know the agreed selling price / leasing numbers. . I'm in jersey. If that is $285 down $1250 still a good deal if nothing else is added to the monthly payment?
